The Chin Family, had family visiting from Jamaica over the holidays this year. They wanted to capture this special trip, since it's a once in a lifetime moment. The weather outside was muddy and raining here in Kitchener. At plus 5 degrees celsuis, it was much too cold for the family to be comfortable outdoors, so I photographed their session at my downtown Kitchener studio. This beautiful family was looking for a wintery feel for their family outdoor photo session today. The Elam Martin Homestead by RIM Park in Waterloo, was the perfect spot. Their twins were shy at first but after getting to know the goof ball, that I am, they were all smiles after that. This gorgeous family is spread out all across Canada. You guys, I have the most amazing clients; seriously. When these guys came in for their family newborn session I just about died. Their kids both had the most gorgeous heads of hair I think I have ever seen on two kids. Mathias is almost 3 years old and I can tell he’s already an awesome big brother to his baby sister. One of the things I enjoy the most about being a photographer, is getting to see my newborn clients back for milestone sessions, and seeing how beautiful and full of personality they now are. It's so hard to believe that almost 10 months has flown by, since this sweet little princess first came to her newborn session! It's so true, how fast our little ones grow. This past Friday, at my home studio, I had the tiniest visitor. She was born early and is still a premie, weighing just over 5lbs today.
